Are you a detail-oriented administrator who thrives on process and organisation? Do you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment? Sydney Design School is looking for a confident, motivated, and experienced Administrator to take ownership of our student enrolment process.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and administrative team, overseeing the end-to-end student enrolment journey, ensuring exceptional communication, student support, and administrative accuracy.
· Manage the full student enrolment process with accuracy and efficiency
· Provide timely and professional communication to students throughout their learning journey
· Deliver high-quality student services and support
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience
· Maintain accurate student records and data within client management systems

· Proven experience in process-driven administration
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
· Highly organised with strong time management skills
· Professional presentation and a team-oriented approach
· Ability to work independently and show initiative
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web-based Client Management Systems
· Understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF)
· Knowledge of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) and Credit Transfer processes
· Familiarity with the ESOS Act and International Student Visa Program
· Awareness of school-based EVET programs
· Experience with the NSW Smart and Skilled funding program
A current Working with Children Check will be required for the successful applicant.
