What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a team of qualified technicians and apprentices, ensuring high performance and strong morale
Oversee quality control, diagnostics, and final testing to maintain top-tier service standards
Support quoting and job assessments, helping streamline workflow and improve customer satisfaction
Manage workshop operations, keeping schedules tight and safety protocols front and center
Promote a positive, inclusive team culture, where safety, respect, and accountability are key
Handle complex diagnostics, multitask under pressure, and keep the team moving forward

What You Bring
Trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
Proven experience in team leadership or mentoring within a workshop setting
Minimum 1-2 years of workshop supervisory experience
Dealership experience in the automotive industry
Proven ability to maintain composure under stress and actively promotes a positive and collaborative team culture.
Strong understanding of workshop safety, diagnostics, and service standards
Valid driver's license
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and support your team under pressure
A team-first attitude, with flexibility to stay back when needed and lead by example
