About the Role
Demco Electrical is looking for skilled and motivated Electricians to join our dynamic team in the Gladstone region. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with a role that offers variety, stability, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Installations – Completing high-quality electrical installations for new builds, renovations, and commercial fit-outs (including switchboards, lighting, power distribution and data cabling)
Maintenance & Repairs – Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance, fault finding, component replacement, upgrades, and servicing of industrial control panels and equipment.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Efficiently identifying and resolving issues across residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
Safety & Compliance – Ensuring all work meets AS/NZS 3000, local regulations, and WHS requirements.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you’ll bring:
Current Electrical Worker Licence
Experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments
Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A proactive approach to safety and risk management
Reliability, punctuality, and strong organisational skills
Current Construction White Card
Valid First Aid and CPR/LVR certifications
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Full Australian working rights
