Site Operator (Event Labour) – Range Event Hire

The Role

As a Site Operator, you’ll play a vital role in setting up and packing down event hire equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly on site. You’ll work closely with the Site Foreman and other team members to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, dismantle, load, and pack event hire equipment

• Ensure all jobs are delivered to the highest standard

• Follow site instructions from the Site Foreman or Senior Site Operator

• Maintain equipment, ensuring it’s safe and event-ready

• Be the face of Range Event Hire on site, delighting our clients

• Assist with stocktake and general shed duties when required

• Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety policies
  
  Range Event Hire is a 24/7 business when required, therefore nights and weekend work is to be expected.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude

• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Able to problem-solve and adapt on the job

• Physically fit and willing to work hands-on

Experience & Qualifications:

• Current open manual driver’s licence (essential)

• MR Truck licence (preferred)

• Forklift licence (preferred)
