Technical Maintenance Support is an independently owned and operated progressive company based in Geraldton with branches in Perth and Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. We conduct a wide variety of specialised services, mostly to fixed plant mining equipment throughout the Midwest and Pilbara.
As shutdown activity ramps up, we’re on the lookout for skilled team players ready to jump into action and deliver results,
The Role
We are currently seeking mine site experienced, trade qualified Boilermakers for ongoing shutdowns and project works. Previous experience in maintenance or shutdowns is desirable.
To be considered a suitable applicant you will require the following
Australian recognised Boilermaker trade qualifications
Current White card
Drivers Licence
Confined Space and Working at Heights - Within 2 years of completion
Current Police Clearance - within 12 months
High Risk Work Licence
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Experienced with mine site environments, fixed plant shutdowns
Commitment to working safely
Must be flexible and can mobilise at short notice (travel to and from site is co-ordinated by the employer and travel time paid)
Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic and be physically fit
Own basic hand tools
Pay rates for Boilermakers range between $67 to $76 per hour depending on location and shift.
All successful applicants will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol screening (DAS) prior to commencing employment.
