About the role

We have an exciting opportunity at our Tingalpa branch. As a Counter Sales professional, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable face at the trade counter, providing expert advice and tailored electrical solutions to tradespeople, contractors, and customers. Your passion for customer service and product knowledge will help keep our customers coming back time and time again.

What your day will look like:

• Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by providing expert advice on electrical products and solutions

• Assist customers face-to-face at the trade counter with fast, friendly, and accurate service

• Process sales orders, quotes, and customer projects efficiently

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the best products and prices

• Keep the trade counter well-stocked, organised, and ready to serve

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster lasting loyalty

A bit about you

• You bring positive energy, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for helping customers

• You’re motivated to learn and become an expert in electrical products and counter sales

• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building/construction industry is a bonus — but not essential, as we provide full product and sales training

• You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoy building strong relationships
