Client Side Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale Commonwealth infrastructure projects

Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, design and delivery of this nationally significant infrastructure project. Your responsibilities will include;
- Coordinating project planning activities, meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
- Supporting procurement processes including documentation, evaluations, and contract administration.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting against key milestones.
- Maintaining comprehensive project records including minutes, action logs, risk registers, and decision logs.
- Facilitating communication across project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the management of project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation.
- Providing ad-hoc support as required to ensure successful delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing Commonwealth projects within established governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Commonwealth procurement guidelines and processes.
- Qualifications or hands-on experience in the construction industry, particularly in project delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Australian citizenship (mandatory for this role).
