Position: HVAC Technicians
About Mechfield FM:
Mechfield FM is seeking qualified HVAC service technicians to join our growing team, driven by an expanding client base. As a multi-asset maintenance provider, we specialise in HVAC, Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Services, maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Commercial Property and Telecommunications sectors across Victoria and Tasmania.
About the Role
We offer flexible working arrangements, including a standard 5-day week with a monthly RDO, plus opportunities for overtime. As a Technician, you’ll be working across Melbourne CBD on hotels and commercial buildings, as well as in surrounding areas including aged care, commercial real estate, education, data centres, and telecommunications facilities.
The Successful Applicant
We’re seeking a team-oriented professional who is motivated to contribute to our continued growth. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to complete detailed maintenance and service reports
Willingness to participate in after-hours callouts on a rotating basis
Commitment to OH&S compliance
A strong work ethic and adaptability across a diverse range of work
Relevant trade licenses and valid Australian work rights
