Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new listings
- Engage with clients confidently and professionally to understand their needs
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Assist in organizing and maintaining client records
- Take initiative to meet sales goals and targets
- Assist in hosting Saturday open homes and property viewings
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be licensed (have a valid real estate certificate or license)
- Experience in sales is preferred, but we are open to candidates eager to learn and grow
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google applications (Calendar)
- Efficient and quick learner with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with the confidence to engage with clients
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
- Eager to learn real estate software such as Realworks, Docusign, Pricefinder, VaultRE, and Nurture Cloud
- Comfortable with door knocking, letterbox dropping and prospecting for new listings
- Ability to work well in an office environment with diverse staff
