About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Wool Presser to join our team in a fast-paced wool processing facility. As a Wool Presser, you will be responsible for pressing and packaging wool into bales, ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate wool pressing machinery safely and efficiently
• Weigh, label, and record bale details accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pressing area
• Inspect wool for quality and report any inconsistencies
• Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in wool handling or agriculture (preferred)
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Have own transport
