We are a growing garden and landscaping business in Melbourne, providing high-quality maintenance and construction services for residential and commercial clients across the inner south-east suburbs.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable team members to join us. Roles are available in both garden maintenance (mowing, pruning, hedging, planting, weeding, mulching) and landscaping (paving, turfing, retaining walls, planting, small construction projects).
This is a casual position with 20–40 hours per week, all equipment provided, and potential for long-term opportunities. Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general garden maintenance: mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding, planting, mulching.
Assist with landscaping projects: paving, turf installation, planting, retaining walls, concreting, decking and garden builds.
Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely.
Work independently and as part of a small team.
Present a professional, reliable, and client-friendly attitude.
Skills & Experience
Experience in garden maintenance and/or landscaping.
Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and autonomously.
Full driver’s license required (manual license preferred).
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) is highly valued for landscaping applicants.
What We Offer
Casual position with 20–40 hours per week.
Pay range $30–$40 per hour + super (depending on skills and experience).
Company vehicle available for the right candidate.
Uniform and PPE provided.
All tools and equipment supplied.
