Permanent Part-time position (31.6 hours / week)
All facets of managing and growing our vibrant store in Dunsborough
Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable shopping experience for our customers
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Recruit, train and support a dedicated team of Volunteers
Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience with a strong focus on inventory and store presentation
A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work.
An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission.
