Manawee Garden Centre is an established Retail Nursery based in Buderim. We are currently looking for a person who has a genuine passion in horticulture to join the team.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Trade Qualified individual (minimum Cert III in Horticulture or similar), though applicants with over 2 years of garden industry experience will also be considered. Someone with a genuine love for horticulture and strong customer service skills to join our friendly team.
Your Role will include:
Providing expert plant advice and garden inspiration to customers
Plant care, pricing, receiving stock and creating displays
Supporting and selling to our valued customers with outstanding service
Maintaining nursery presentation and supporting day-to-day operations
Working outdoors in all seasons in a fast-paced environment
You will thrive here if you have:
Extensive plant, pest, and disease knowledge
Physical fitness and capability of lifting trays of plants, potted and bagged plants
Punctuality and professional presentation
A proactive attitude and willingness to follow instructions
Strong work ethic, motivation, and independent thinking
