Ozora Electrical & Renewable Energy are seeking an experienced Solar & Battery Leading Hand to join our Mildura team. As a key member of our solar and battery installation division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions to our valued residential and commercial customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience by working on a wide range of major electrical projects as well as ongoing maintenance

Key responsibilities

• Lead your own team through efficient solar and battery installations

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting safety and compliance requirements

• Liaise with clients to understand their renewable energy needs and provide recommendations

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all installation projects

• Support the continuous improvement of our solar and battery installation processes

• Lead and support our electrical team on projects and maintenance across a range of sectors

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 experience as a qualified electrician, with a strong background in solar and battery installation

• Electrical licence and Solar Accreditation (CEC or equivalent)

• Excellent technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage technologies

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring efficient and high-quality work

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to workplace health and safety
