About the role
Join the team at ETJ Fire and Electrical as an Electrician/Fire Systems Technician. This full-time position based in Sydney, NSW is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise in the trades and services industry. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and fire alarm systems, playing a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our client sites.
What you'll be doing
Install, test, and maintain electrical systems and components, including power, lighting, and control circuits
Install, commission and maintain fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Fault-finding, testing and compliance reporting
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all work performed
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services
What we're looking for
Current Electrical Licence and/or relevant experience in the fire industry
Experience in the installation, testing, and repair of electrical and fire alarm systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
