The Opportunity potentially in front of you now:

This opportunity is best suited to an experienced professional that has demonstrated skill in managing and delivering accurate and timely outcomes across:

  • Xero Accounts 
  • Prepare monthly management reports and conduct monthly revenue reconciliations
  • Effectively manage payroll including superannuation payments and ensure the company Accounting Xero file is reconciled on a weekly basis
  • Full responsibility for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Manage all soft and hard copies of accounts
  • Reconciliations 
  • Closely liaise with external Accountant for monthly, end of quarter and end of financial year reporting
  • Verifying the accuracy of business accounts

  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite namely Excel
  • Xero experienced user
  • An attitude where "close enough is not good enough" and attention to detail is your brand
