As a leading Horticultural Maintenance provider in Melbourne, with a long history of developing and growing staff through the continual growth of our contract work, we have an opportunity for enthusiastic Horticulturists to join our teams in Wallan, Donnybrook and Craigieburn.
Horticultural qualifications will be advantageous, but anyone with the right attitude and experience are encouraged to apply. Permanent roles may become available for the right people.
You will be used to physical, outdoor work and be able to work with a team of horticulturists maintaining gardens on several sites reporting to a Team Leader. A Manual drivers licence is highly regarded.
Working with a range of reliable long-term clients, you will be working as part of a Team maintaining high-profile landscapes around the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
We provide an inclusive workplace, with uniforms provided, along with financial incentives for attendance, safety, and quality across the year, on top of a competitive wage. Working a 38 hours week, with early starts and finishes, we also provide flexible opportunities for the right people. You must supply your own steel cap boots, but all other PPE is provided on the job, along with a professional and neat uniform.
