An exciting opportunity with a market leading provider of Healthcare equipment and related services across Australia is seeking to appoint a Service Allocator to their Head Office Team located on the Southside of Brisbane.
Working in this united team, you will enjoy the interface between customers, suppliers and Healthcare equipment service technicians to deliver mobility support service outcomes to Hospitals, Aged Care Communities and the General Public.
What your day-to-day looks like:
- Scheduling repair enquiries and bookings to support customer work orders
- Following department procedures, repair order creation and closing off job orders
- Liaising with the Service Technicians to ensure all repair work is carried out on time
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and processing invoices once completed, whilst providing at all times an exceptional experience to customers
- Professional handling of customer service via incoming phone calls
- Keeping internal systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to value all customer interactions and strive for a customer-first mindset
What you need to secure this role:
- Time management, organisational skills, and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to support and work with other team members and departments
- Reliable, with good follow through when managing our customers and any other matters
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in Logistics is highly desirable
