We’re a family-run business that puts care into every job for our clients, our team, and the homes we work in. We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter who takes real pride not just in the build, but in how the customer feels when the job is finished.
This isn’t a churn-and-burn construction role. Our work involves preparing homes for residential lift installations including structural adjustments, framework, finishing, and detailed carpentry. Every project matters, because every customer’s home matters.
What you’ll do:
Renovation-style carpentry: penetrations, framework, finishing, and neat detailed work
Keep clients informed and reassured
Take ownership of tidy, safe, quality workmanship
Occasional overnight travel within Central to Mid Coast NSW
What we’re looking for:
Trade qualified carpenter with residential/renovation experience
Eye for detail, accuracy and genuine pride in your craft
Strong communicator who treats clients and their homes with respect
Safety-minded, reliable team player who’s willing to learn our way of working
Bonus points for:
Joinery experience
Understanding of painting, plastering, or floor coverings (vinyl/laminate)
Forklift or contractor licence
Must have:
Current Australian drivers licence
Ability to pass a police check
What’s on offer:
$83k–$90k + super (with opportunity for growth as skills progress)
Vehicle, larger tools, uniform, and PPE supplied (bring your own hand tools)
Flexible hours Monday - Friday
