About the Opportunity

Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a few Casual Event Security Guards to join our team.

Location: Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre (CBD)

Duties and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

• Deliver exceptional security and customer service
• Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
• Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
• Assess and address potential risks
• Manage access control
• Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification
• Have proven experience in the security industry – Event Space preferred
• Hold an RSA Certificate or happy to obtain
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Rostered Hours

Casual Varying Hours - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
