Situated in the vibrant suburb of Redbank Plains Brisbane QLD 4301. Our salon dedicated to excellence in hair and beauty, providing an outstanding client experience.
We are seeking a qualified, skilled, and reliable Hairdresser to join our team, ensuring all styling and care tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Advising clients on hair care, beauty products, and suitable hairstyles
- Shampooing hair and conditioning scalps
- Applying chemical treatments for colouring, straightening, and perming hair
- Cutting hair with scissors, clippers, and razors
- Styling hair into dreadlocks, braids, and applying hair extensions
- Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches
- Cleaning work areas and sanitising tools
- Scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Cleaning, colouring, cutting, and styling wigs and hairpieces (as required)
Skills or Experience required:
• A relevant course similar/equivalent to AQF Cert III in Hairdressing or higher.
• A relevant 1 year or more work experience.
• An ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, school and public holiday periods.
Salary:
The salary offered is commensurate with qualifications and/or experience. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.
Salary: $80,000 annually plus the applicable superannuation.
