On behalf of Aria, we are seeking a Development Manager to work on some of Brisbane's most coveted upcoming residential projects.
The Role: This is a newly created role due to Aria's growth and future pipeline. You will work within a collaborative and highly experienced team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of landmark residential developments. Your responsibilities will evolve as each project moves through its lifecycle, giving you exposure to every phase of development — from site evaluation through to completion, settlement and post-handover. Key responsibilities include:-
Acquisition & Approvals - Support site evaluations, feasibility inputs and due diligence
- Prepare design briefs and consultant scopes
- Assist with consultant coordination, authority approvals and DA submissions
Design, Sales & Construction - Coordinate marketing materials and attend launches
- Attend design meetings and track actions
- Support PCG meetings, variation reviews and quality checks
- Manage buyer variations and day-to-day project issues
Settlement & Post-Completion - Assist with defects, PC inspections and WIP tracking
- Coordinate valuer and pre-settlement inspections
- Support plan sealing, titling and DLP defect management

Requirements/Experience: - Tertiary qualifications in Property (Property Economics Degree)
- 5 plus years in the Development industry, with a strong knowledge of the Brisbane market.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Commercially minded, numerically confident and comfortable with feasibility inputs.
- Brave, proactive and confident — someone who leans in!
- Focused, committed and reliable, with strong follow-through.
- A balanced, grounded approach to work and life, with resilience and perspective.
- Experience within multi-res developments highly regarded.
