Long Term Opportunity for the right candidate
CK Recruitment are currently seeking a trade qualified Tiler/Mason to join the City Works division of a local council located based in Blacktown.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Construction and Maintenance Labouring services specifically relating to maintenance work on Council’s building stock and other infrastructure.
The successful candidate will also be required to provide technical advice and supervise the training of apprentices when required
This is a casual position with full time hours, there are opportunities for ongoing, temp to perm positions.
ESSENTIAL:
Competent level of literacy and numeracy
Trade qualification in a related field
Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
Labouring Experience
Ability to work autonomously and in team environment
Demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety practices
Ability to travel to Blacktown (own transport and licence)
DESIRED:
Class MR Drivers Licence
