Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Super + Uncapped $20,000 Bonus at 100% Target

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling & stock.
Drive revenue growth with smart sales & marketing strategies.
Ensure clients receive a 5-star experience every visit.
Maintain compliance with industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
Proven management experience in a skin/beauty/laser clinic (essential).
Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science (preferred).
Strong leadership, organisation & communication skills.
Passion for skin, beauty & client care.
