About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately complete repairs and services in line with job cards
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
- Perform road tests and ensure vehicles meet high performance standards
- Conduct quality checks and return vehicles clean and customer-ready
- Assist the 2iC and Store Manager with day-to-day workshop coordination
- Maintain up-to-date service records and documentation
- Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and tools well-maintained
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies and best practices

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician (or be a 3rd/4th year apprentice)
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on workshop experience (preferred for qualified techs)
- Solid diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Your own set of tools (we’ve got the rest covered!)
- Driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Availability Monday to Friday + every second Saturday
- Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 + monthly bonuses + super
- 6 RDOs per calendar year
