Possessing a continuously expanding rent-roll and in the market for expansion through continued acquisition as well as organic growth, this role offers an ambitious PM or Assistant PM growth alongside the business
Your Duties
Joining their team of Property Managers that landlords, tenants and , you will report directly to the Head of Property Management, and be responsible for:
- Day-to-day management of 125 properties
- Deliver the highest level of service and outstanding results to landlords and tenants
- Maintaining good working relationships with suppliers & trades
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects
- Most properties are on direct-debit, but where required - arrears recovery
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and liaise closely with the in-house leasing team
- If you choose, actively scout for new managements, and / or Sales referrals
- Proven experience in property management (support or portfolio management)
- Strong knowledge of the Act
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Driver's Licence and motor vehicle
- Live an easy commute to Manly (Northern Beaches or North Shore)
