What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to person for customers needing repairs, servicing, or updates on their vehicles
Coordinate bookings, prepare quotes, and manage job progress from start to finish
Keep customers in the loop with clear and timely communication
Work closely with technicians and warranty teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
Handle invoicing and ensure payments are processed accurately
Full-time, permanent role with standard operational business hours
Half day shift on Saturdays once every month
