The Role
We’re looking for a Garden Maintenance Technician and skilled Horticulturalist to join our small, dedicated crew. You’ll be working outdoors across a variety of commercial sites, helping to maintain and improve landscape areas. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Hours vary depending on the season, so flexibility is essential.
Duties include:
Garden maintenance: mowing, hedging, weeding, pruning, and blowing
Soft landscaping: planting, mulching, fertilising, pest control
Irrigation checks and minor repairs
Identifying plant health issues and applying treatments
Safe use and care of tools and machinery
Working effectively as part of a small, professional team
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in Gardening
Certificate III in Horticulture (or currently studying) – desirable
Knowledge of plants, weeds, pests, and general horticultural practices
Current driver’s licence and transport – essential
Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised when needed
