Your New Role:
This role is all about becoming the trusted local face of the company, supporting customers in Toowoomba and surrounding areas, and helping the branch grow.
You’ll be reporting to a Branch Manager who believes in open doors, open conversations, and giving you everything you need to succeed.
To Ensure your Success you will be Motivated to:
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering on your promises to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Promote and sell the full product range while protecting and enhancing the company’s trusted reputation.
- Participate in regular product training to maintain a high level of technical and product knowledge.
- Conduct all interactions ethically and professionally.
- Provide timely and helpful equipment trials and demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate quote entry in GP and ensure all quotes are followed up.
- Attend conferences and expos to support brand awareness and market presence.
- Work proactively to meet sales budgets and margin targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
