About the Role(s)
Whilst this role is an immediate start for the right person, we aren’t just looking for anyone - this is for carpenters who care about their work and want to contribute to being part of a great team.
Leading Hand/Foreman:
You’ll be leading high-end residential projects, including both new builds and large-scale renovations. While you’ll remain on the tools, you’ll also play a key role in coordinating site activities, supervising trades, and ensuring projects run to plan. Sites are well-organised, with a strong emphasis on collaboration between supervisors, trades, and clients.
Our clients are seeking a quality-driven Leading Hand / Foreman with the ability to:
Interpret and work from detailed architectural plans and specifications
Lead and coordinate carpentry teams and subcontractors to deliver work on schedule
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently met on site
Frame custom wall and roof structures while supervising the broader build sequence
Oversee and contribute to lock-up: cladding, windows, doors, and roofing on premium homes
Manage and complete fit-off: bespoke cabinetry, stairs, shelving, skirting, and fine finishes
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and clients
Carpenter:
Our clients require quality-focused carpenters with the skills to:
Read and interpret detailed plans
Frame custom structures
Complete lock-up: cladding, window and door installs, plus roofing on premium homes
Fix internal doors, skirting, architraves, and window reveals with precision
Fit-off bespoke cabinetry, shelving, stairs, and detailed finishing touches
