Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a career in the Building Industry? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for an Apprentice in Sydney's North Shore (Hornsby, Central Coast, Northern, Marsden Park and surrounding areas)

About the role:

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

• Assist trades and site supervisors in day-to-day tasks, including maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
• Learn to markup areas, interpret plans, and develop a general understanding of equipment and power tools.
• Progress to hands-on work in later stages of the apprenticeship, including shopfronts, joinery installation, and supporting the head carpenter.
• Gain valuable experience by shadowing the foreman and working closely with contractors to interpret and deliver project plans.

What we're looking for- Skills & Experience

• Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for accuracy and quality
• Ambition to grow within the role, with the potential to progress toward a project manager pathway by the end of the apprenticeship
• A valid Driver's Licence and vehicle, and white card

With a focus on quality, cost-effective methods, and open communication, they make the design-to-construction process simple and efficient.
