About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Accessory Installation: Fit a wide range of premium 4x4 accessories including bull bars, roof racks, suspension kits, lighting, winches, and dual battery systems.
• Mechanical & Electrical Work: Apply your mechanical and basic auto electrical skills during installations and vehicle modifications.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all work is performed to the highest safety and industry standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a skilled and passionate team to maintain workflow and exceed customer expectations.
• Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding service through professional communication and attention to detail.

About You

• Experience: Previous experience in a mechanical or auto electrical role, or working on vehicles in a workshop environment.
• Technical Ability: Confident with tools, fitting procedures, and diagnosing vehicle systems.
• Attention to Detail: Takes pride in delivering high-quality, safe, and accurate work.
• Team-Oriented: Works well independently and collaboratively.
• Good Communicator: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
