With a strong pipeline of projects and growing demand for our Australian-made insulated panels, Arctic Installations is looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our production team at our East Arm facility.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role where no two days are the same—and the right person will have opportunities to grow into specialised roles like Machine Operator or Team Leader.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting in the manufacture of insulated panels
Cutting, prepping, and handling materials
Keeping the workshop tidy, safe, and running smoothly
Loading/unloading and supporting machine operators
Being an active part of a close-knit team that supports each other

🙌 We’re Looking For (Essential):
Someone who’s physically fit and ready to work
A keen attitude and willingness to learn
Safety-conscious, punctual, and reliable
Forklift licence (ideal but not essential)
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Must be an Australian citizen, PR, or hold a valid long-term visa
