Become a key member of the CJD Equipment team as a full-time Field Service Technician!
This busy role provides the successful applicant the opportunity to build and develop a loyal customer base whilst being supported by the team at our Brisbane Branch.
You will need to be able to demonstrate advanced diagnostic, technical and communication skills as you will be responsible for booking work in, dealing with customers, and performing the required work on-site and in the workshop.
Appropriate trade qualification is a must, with experience working with construction and earthmoving equipment.

The successful applicant will have:
A commitment to abide by all company and client HSE policies & procedures
Previous experience in field service in the construction & earthmoving industries
Volvo Construction Equipment experience would be an advantage but not essential
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous experience utilising computer-based service diagnostic programs and parts catalogues
Flexibility to travel to sites and stay overnight if and when required
Excellent planning, time management, and self-motivation
Ability to work autonomously and a high level of organisational skills
LR or MR Vehicle Licence (desirable but not mandatory)
Air Conditioning Handling Licence (desirable but not mandatory)
