Overview of the Role:

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Fulltime Maintenance Officer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of reactive and planned maintenance works.

Your duties will include however are not limited to:

• Monitor client supplied Work Orders and ensure completion targets are met.

• Undertake maintenance and project procurement using applicable software.

• Management and scheduling of x12 service delivery crew.

• Preparation of OHS/project documentation.

• Prepare and chair Project Kick off meetings.

• Undertake reporting to clients on completed works.

• Review and approval of timesheets & AP Invoices.

• Attend site meetings with key stakeholders when required. 

Essential qualifications:

• White Card.

• Minimum C class driver’s licence with reliable transport.

• National Police Clearance (within 3 months).

• Trade Certificate (desired).

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Officer or Project Co-Ordinator role.

• Computer Skills- Intermediate to Advanced.
