Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a confident and capable Portfolio Manager with proven Property Management experience to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and manages their portfolio with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of your property portfolio
Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and trades
Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
Prepare and sign lease renewals
Manage rent reviews, increases, and arrears
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
The ideal candidate will bring:
Property Management experience
A current Real Estate Licence
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
