We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Vehicle Inspector to join our growing team, to perform Vehicle Inspections in accordance with Department of Transport requirements.

This is a full-time position - Mon - Fri 7AM - 3PM

Experience and qualification in the licensing inspection sector is an advantage but not essential as training and guidance will be provided to obtain Vehicle Examiner Certification.

The successful applicant MUST HAVE the following:

  • HV trade qualifications with repairers’ certificate HVW

  • Basic computer and sound written skills

  • HR or HC unrestricted Western Australian driver’s license.

  • A mechanical aptitude for most makes and models

  • Self-motivated and a strong Work Ethic

  • Able to obtain a police clearance

  • Able to work autonomously or as part of a team

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Carry out heavy vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT requirements

  • Complete the relevant DOT forms

  • Enter all inspections into VIS

  • Provide a premium level of service to our customers
