Applicants for this position ideally will have experience gained on modern 4x4 vehicles, but this is not mandatory. The Shift Security Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Manage the Security Team on day to day operational requirements
  • Enforce access control policies
  • Monitor CCTV and access control systems
  • Manage site badges, tickets and maintain logs and records in line with SOPs
  • Conduct security screening of all personnel entering and exiting a restricted area with HHMD
  • Ensure compliance with all Security Procedures & Policies 
  • Identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced to or removed from a restricted area
  • Escalate and report on incidents
  • Patrol assigned areas and escalate issues
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Respond to Emergencies
  • Prepare written and electronic reports 
  • NV1 clearance is a must.
