What we're looking for:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering.
• Current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's Licence (Manual).
• Experience with mine design software - Deswik, with the ability to interpret and apply mining plans effectively.
• Hands-on underground production experience in a mechanised hard-rock underground mine (planning experience desirable but not essential).
• Underground time completion is highly desirable and 2+ years in mining is required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving industry standards, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Desirable: St Johns Senior First Aid certification and familiarity with the Work Health & Safety Act and Regulations.

Profile

For Final Trim Operators:

• RII ticket for Grader, Dozer and/or Excavator

• Proven experience in final trim/finish grading

• Ability to work to tight tolerances

For Scraper Operators:

• RIIMPO338E - Conduct Scraper Operations

• Minimum 2+ years scraper experience in mining/civil

• GPS machine control experience (advantageous)
