About the opportunity
This is a permanent, part-time role with flexibility to accommodate fluctuating workloads. You will work closely with the directors and take on a range of tasks as business needs arise, including tenant liaison, lease administration, arrears oversight, compliance follow-ups and ad hoc projects.
  
In this role, you will:
  • Action leases, assignments, options and rent reviews within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain digital records and ensure lease documentation accuracy

About you

Duties:
  • Support Senior Operations and Senior Property Manager with any duties
