Geotechnical driller with experience. You'll be running a crew of one to two offsiders working all over WA. The position is casual with full time hours. Experience drilling sands and using the stalker pump will be seen as favourable. You must have your HR licence and be capable of tracking the rig on and off the flat bed truck.

This is NOT FIFO/DIDO. The jobs vary in length of time and location.

Do you want more family time? Our Bunbury workshop is looking for multiple Heavy-Duty Mechanics to join our team on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, 12 hour shifts, to give you the work life balance you’ve always wanted in the South West, allowing you to be home with your family every night.
The successful candidates will be required to undertake mechanical repairs and refurbishment to earth moving equipment including component rebuilding, as well as complete all required job cards, paperwork and safety requirements.
To be successful, the following is required:
Australian Recognised Heavy Duty Mechanical or Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
Proven experience with machinery including excavators, dozers, dump trucks and other heavy equipment
Extensive experience with CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi equipment, and a solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic diagnosis
A safety-first attitude
Current drivers’ licence
Ability to work successfully within a team, autonomously and unsupervised
Willingness to work away when required at remote locations will be considered favourably.

About The Role:
As the successful applicant you will report to the Shift Supervisor and development mechanical co-ordinator and will be primarily responsible for providing mechanical support to the Development areas of the Oaky North Underground Mine.
Specific key accountabilities for this role include pro-actively participating, communicating and encouraging safety awareness in the workplace. Assisting in the daily and weekly inspections of underground plant and equipment and ensuring all relevant statutory documentation is maintained and appropriately authorised. You will be responsible for completing preventative and breakdown maintenance duties, displaying high work standards, exhibiting a high regard for safety and communicating effectively within a team environment to achieve results. You will be able to work shift rosters and perform your role in a safe and timely manner.
About You:
With the relevant fitter trade qualifications (mandatory), underground mining experience (mandatory) and 1-2 year in a similar position, experience on Komatsu equipment (highly regarded but not essential). These credentials are complemented by your genuine commitment to safety and demonstrated ability to operate in an environmentally responsible manner.

About the role:

As a Cranes and Transport Operator you will perform all activities associated with operating mobile cranes and transport equipment across our Pilbara Operations.

Experience operating mobile cranes including 25T Franna, 55T, 130T, 150T, 300T & 450T Liebherr cranes.
Familiar with Bluetooth technology & Vario Base applications. Some experience driving prime mover trucks with road ranger gearboxes.
Utilizing, drop deck, flat top, semi-trailers, and floats ranging from 50T - 100T. Ability and desire to upgrade to MC truck license for road train purposes, towing crane counterweights on purpose built skel trailers.
Understanding of Main Roads permitting requirements and the Chain of Responsibility.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications/ SAP/ Emails
