Woods & Co have partnered with a leading property developer in Melbourne’s South East. We have the exciting task of sourcing a seasoned Sales Consultant to join their team and drive the success of their award-winning projects!
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions, overseeing the lead pipeline, and supporting Sales Associates to deliver exceptional experiences. You’ll be accountable for achieving sales targets, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly from inquiry through to contract.

What do you do?
Provide exceptional sales and service experiences for all customers
Handle incoming calls and emails, scheduling face-to-face appointments with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and builder partners
Support customers in the sales office, including contract signing, queries, and issue resolution
Monitor the flow of sales leads, manage the lead pipeline in Salesforce, and ensure accurate reporting
Conduct site inspections and market research to enhance project knowledge and presentation
Support Sales Associates by providing guidance, resources, and real-time feedback
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve any issues
What do you need?
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant in property development or real estate
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, results-driven, and professional
Ability to work a Saturday to Wednesday roster
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable

We're looking for a motivated and well-spoken individual to join our team in Doreen.
A current Australian real estate licence or registration is required for this position.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong computer and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
A proactive and reliable work ethic
Experience managing a portfolio (preferred, but not essential) – this role is ideal for someone who enjoys the real estate industry but wants to step away from the pressures of full portfolio management.
This position is available for an immediate start. We offer a supportive team environment and consistent hours, with Saturday hours dependent on the number of opens.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Officer to join our team in Perth. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of ANZAC House. What you'll be doing
Coordinate and oversee all facilities management activities, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and repairs
Manage and liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective completion of work
Conduct regular inspections of ANZAC House to identify any issues or areas for improvement
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to proactively address potential problems
Manage budgets and procurement for facilities-related expenses
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide input and recommendations for facilities-related projects and initiatives
Assist with the coordination of events and activities hosted at our properties
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a facilities management or property management role
